YOGA ON TAP – With Jessica Hogg

Reconnect with yourself and others with our yoga series at Sherwood Hall. Each session, led by Jessica Hogg, 200RYT, includes a 60-minute yoga class focused on mindful themes and wraps up with a drink and a friendly social hour. Designed for all levels, each session offers pose modifications and a welcoming space to unwind with friends.
Bring a mat, and prepare to relax, refresh, and enjoy some quality time with our community.
